MindLyfe is a teletherapy platform that connects students with licensed therapists through secure video, audio, and chat sessions. Our services are designed for educational institutions in Uganda and include appointment scheduling, session management, and calendar integration.

3. User Accounts

To use MindLyfe, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

5. Therapist Responsibilities

Therapists using MindLyfe agree to:

• Maintain valid professional licenses and credentials
• Provide services in accordance with professional standards
• Maintain client confidentiality as required by law
• Keep accurate session records and documentation
• Report any safety concerns or emergencies appropriately

6. Student Responsibilities

Students using MindLyfe agree to:

• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel with appropriate notice
• Provide accurate information about their needs and concerns
• Engage respectfully with therapists
• Understand that teletherapy is not appropriate for emergency situations

7. Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar to MindLyfe:

• You authorize us to access your calendar for appointment scheduling
• We will create, update, and delete calendar events for therapy appointments
• You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your account settings
• We will only access your calendar data for appointment management purposes

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established by your educational institution or through direct agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with appropriate notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MindLyfe are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MindLyfe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the quality of therapy services provided by individual therapists.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindLyfe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of MindLyfe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
